About Us
We are a small team of locals to Fishponds, which some of us started this Event from a programme called “Make Sunday Special” way back in 2016. We are a not for profit CIC.
Since then we have evolved it from a few hundred visitors to well over 5,000 attending our free community festival.
We are a not for profit Community lead group, which puts this event on at no cost to the people attending, we showcase everything that is good and great within Fishponds and the Bristol surrounding areas. We have several Artisan Stalls, food and entertainment from around the world, with lots of Amazing produce, clothes, Jewellery, childrens toys and much much more.
We have acts, dancers, singers, bands, local schools and dance troops showing off their talent all for the greater good and to entertain everyone. This gives Fishponds the chance to show the larger area how good they are, what they can produce, and with Covid 19 Happening in 2020, lots of small business needed the extra exposure to help them through the tough times.
As we are self-funding, we are always in need of Volunteers, Extra stalls or even acts to come along. We are always happy to get any extra help we can. Please do come along and enjoy the largest FREE event in Fishponds Bristol.
Take a walk around last years Party in the Ponds.
Thousands of people enjoyed the sun-soaked, relaxed atmosphere at this year’s Party in the Ponds in Vassalls Park.
With 13 diverse musical acts on the main stage and a separate arena for nine dance and drama performances, there was plenty to see and hear.
A huge variety of stalls ranged from food and drink to crafts, gifts, charities and community groups.
Many of the estimated 7,000 visitors brought picnic blanket, chairs and even gazebos and camped out to make a day of it.
